We are currently seeking candidates to fill the role of Logistics Analyst in Kaduna on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the management and control of fleet services through data capture, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing the management of the vehicle spare part store. Collaborating with all units within logistics, you will capture and analyze data on various aspects within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage route breakdown reporting and daily sales vehicle reporting by location
• Oversee daily truck and trailer availability reporting
• Ensure accurate reporting of accident cases
• Manage expense postings and costs such as licenses
• Ensure adequate tracking of repair costs from 3rd Party – Job Card
• Conduct detailed cost analysis by account heading
• Manage tire consumption and traceability
• Ensure accurate reporting of asset abuse
• Oversee accident factor and cost analysis by plant
• Manage accident casualty analysis by plant

Key Qualifications:

• Proactive, go-getter attitude with great passion and energy
• Relevant degree in the respective field
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP is advantageous
• 2-3 years of experience in data management and analysis in Fleet Management.
