Job Responsibilities:

Diary Management:
- Manage the Managing Director’s (MD) schedule, including booking meetings and appointments via Outlook.

Travel Coordination:
- Organize business travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Manage visas and invitation letters for overseas visitors.
- Maintain a travel log for the MD.

Administrative Tasks:
- Reconcile the MD’s monthly expenses.
- Purchase items and handle personal bill payments for the MD.
- Arrange medical, dental, and other personal appointments.
- Maintain the MD’s planner and update contact details.

Vehicle and Hobby Management:
- Organize insurance, servicing, and repairs for the MD’s personal and family vehicles.
- Assist with the MD’s personal hobbies and holiday arrangements.

Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Organize corporate and staff events, including food and refreshments for business lunches.
- Assist with the organization of exhibitions and potentially attend them.
- Take minutes at management meetings and handle various paperwork.

Research and Miscellaneous Duties:
- Conduct research for specific projects as requested by the MD.
- Manage office and window cleaning services.
- Field calls for the MD and manage messages.
- Handle any additional assignments as needed.
Requirements:

Essential Skills:
- Experience with Outlook for diary management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in handling travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to manage various personal and business-related responsibilities.
- Capability to commute to Lekki, Lagos, for work.
