Job Description:
We seek a creative and experienced Social Media Manager / Video Editor to join our team. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content, and producing engaging video content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) aligned with the brand’s voice and identity.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts, and engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for various purposes including promotional videos, product demos, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, video editing software, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Video Editor.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong video editing skills with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through social media and video.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms.
- Experience in paid social media advertising.
