Social Media Manager at Busha (Remote)

Overview:
Join Busha as a Social Media Manager and leverage your creativity and digital expertise to elevate our online presence and brand perception. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative strategies focused on brand building and engagement, ensuring our social media channels drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Set specific objectives, KPIs, and metrics to track performance across all platforms.
- Research audience preferences to optimize content and strategy.
- Manage a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals.
- Maintain a content posting schedule to ensure consistency and quality.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Build relationships with influencers and followers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor brand reputation through social listening to address potential issues.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the paid media team on audience segmentation and ad creatives.
- Track and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key metrics for both organic and paid efforts.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with brand marketing, PR, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Share social media insights across departments for broader initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics for content and strategy decisions.
