HR Data Analyst at Kuda Bank

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating learning content electronically, managing Kuda’s instructional design specifications, and overseeing the design and implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, support the creation of high-quality e-learning courses, and contribute to an online learning strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to Kuda Academy and HR teams.
  • Compile and analyze data for cross-functional teams, including MIS & scorecards, training analysis, and reporting.
  • Collect and analyze data from various regions and departments.
  • Use data analytics to drive operational and commercial performance.
  • Review and report monthly learning data across the company.
  • Assist in the design and editing of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure discretion.
  • Develop data collection and analysis systems to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Generate actionable insights from reports by identifying and interpreting trends in training data.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Full professional proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data management and interpretation.
  • Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in the Fintech or Banking industries.
