Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketer with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling and have a proven track record in digital marketing, specifically within the aesthetics and wellness sectors. This role will be responsible for driving the online presence and engagement of UNNO Health Group and its subsidiaries, creating compelling content, optimizing digital channels, and developing campaigns that connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Create engaging content that effectively tells the story of our brand, services, and products in the beauty, aesthetic, and wellness sectors.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience interaction, and performance analysis.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and customer retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and materials.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to enhance marketing strategies.
- Manage online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives, identifying strategic partnerships for increased brand visibility.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches, ensuring effective online communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the beauty and wellness industry, including aesthetic services.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with a strong ability to craft narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, SEO tools, and email marketing software).
- In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices in the beauty and wellness sectors.
- Experience managing paid digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) with proven success in driving growth.
- Knowledge of website management and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Salary:
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly.
