Job Overview:

Product Upload Officer at 7Eleven Consultancy Services will oversee the entire process of uploading and optimizing products on various e-commerce platforms. This involves ensuring product data accuracy, enhancing product descriptions for better search engine visibility, and managing payment and shipping integrations. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and well-versed in e-commerce platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and maintain accurate product details, including images and descriptions, on platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.
• Utilize Product Information Management (PIM) tools to efficiently organize and manage product data.
• Optimize product listings using SEO strategies to improve search visibility and rankings.
• Ensure products are properly categorized and tagged for better search performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product descriptions align with the brand’s messaging.
• Integrate and manage payment gateways and shipping systems for seamless transactions and deliveries.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report to the E-commerce Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, platform changes, and optimization methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues across e-commerce platforms.
• Work closely with customer service to address product-related inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or product management roles.
• Certifications in e-commerce or SEO are an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with PIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and product optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.
• Understanding of payment gateway integration and shipping systems.
• Proficiency in using analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product listings at once.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and image editing is a plus.
