Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of graphic designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Work closely with the design team to understand project goals, requirements, and deadlines.
- Create innovative concepts, designs, and layouts for various client needs, including branding materials, marketing assets, social media content, website visuals, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and align with the company’s brand identity and values.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually enhance the quality of the design work.
- Effectively manage project timelines and resources to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Review and approve final designs before production or publication.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and positive work environment that promotes innovation and continuous learning.
Skills & Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications with 1 to 5 years of experience.
- Ability to manage a team of 10-15 designers.
- Proficient in explaining briefs and guiding junior designers.
- Strong expertise in graphic design.
- Proficiency in the following tools:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe XD
- CorelDRAW
- Project Management
