Human Resources Officer at BrandCo

Role Description:
The Human Resources Officer at BrandCo Nigeria Limited will oversee key HR functions, including:
- HR Management: Ensure effective HR operations within the organization.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies to guide the workforce.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues to promote a positive work environment.
- Job Description Creation: Create clear, effective job descriptions that align with company needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: CIPM, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR management and policy development.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
