Position Summary:

The Social Media Manager will develop and implement dynamic social media strategies to boost engagement and growth. This role involves collaborating with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Publish engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, graphics, and videos.
  • Monitor and interact with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Guide team members on social media best practices and content creation techniques.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists for consistent messaging across digital channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in social media management, ideally within a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity in storytelling and brand development.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with adaptable tone and style for different audiences.
