Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven and proficient across various digital platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns.
• Content Creation & Management:
  • Build and manage WordPress websites.
  • Curate and schedule engaging content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Collaborate with content teams to align blog posts and other content with marketing goals.
• Email Marketing:
  • Develop and implement email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional sequences.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
• Website Optimization:
  • Update content and landing pages, ensuring optimal site performance and SEO.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new industry trends.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing with proven success in campaign performance.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress CMS.
  • Skills in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Salary:

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
