E-Commerce Coordinator at Hec Recruit
Hec Recruit seeks a dedicated E-Commerce Coordinator to support and manage the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
- Manage product listings and catalogs.
- Write and optimize product descriptions.
- Optimize product images.
- Oversee product pricing and inventory.
Order Management:
- Process and fulfill online orders.
- Update and communicate order statuses.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams.
- Resolve order-related issues.
Content Management:
- Create and update e-commerce content, including product descriptions and blog posts.
- Organize and optimize product categories and tags.
- Maintain consistent content across all online channels.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze e-commerce metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversions.
- Assess sales trends and customer behaviors.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Technical Tasks:
- Maintain and update the e-commerce platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Integrate third-party services like payment gateways and shipping providers.
Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications
- Google Analytics certification.
- E-commerce certification (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Digital marketing certification (e.g., HubSpot, Facebook).
