Rekrut Consulting seeks a results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate sales or business development with a proven track record of success.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in networking and prospecting.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
