Administrative Manager at Kursi Investment Limited
Kursi Group is a Nigerian-based mining, mineral processing, and trading company established in 2005. As one of Nigeria’s largest and most reliable mining organizations, Kursi Group operates mining, processing, and operational sites across 22 states in Nigeria, with its head office located in Abuja.
Objective
The Administrative Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring efficient management of facilities, logistics, and office services. This role is critical for maintaining an organized, compliant working environment and optimizing resources to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee all aspects of office administration, including facilities, supplies, and equipment, to ensure a conducive work environment.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise support staff, including office assistants, drivers, and janitorial staff, ensuring high service delivery standards.
Logistics and Procurement
- Coordinate logistics for internal operations and external engagements, including transport and travel arrangements.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, ensuring compliance and value for money.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate records and availability of supplies and assets.
Facility and Resource Management
- Ensure maintenance and functionality of office facilities, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Manage space allocation and office layout planning effectively.
- Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving measures without compromising efficiency.
Compliance and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including contracts, leases, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for facilities, logistics, and procurement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on administrative activities and performance metrics to the Head of Corporate Services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of administrative management experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in logistics, procurement, and facility management.
- Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and office operations regulatory requirements.
Skills and Competencies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management software.
