Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries or escalate to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues and concerns.
• Manage, record, and track customer issues, ensuring follow-up with relevant parties for reconciliation.
• Provide personalized support to enterprise/high-value customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inbound communication channels, including emails, live chat, WhatsApp chat, and calls, while tracking interactions on the company’s ERP system.
• Document and update customer records in the CRM database and/or manifest.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure an efficient workflow for resolving customer-related issues.
• Act as a customer advocate by identifying trends in customer issues and proposing solutions.
• Adopt a proactive approach to managing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 2 – 4 years in customer service or related roles.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
