Customer Care Representative at KM Consulting

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Process client orders promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to client emails and messages, ensuring timely resolutions to issues.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with orders and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding delivery timelines and product availability.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist with promoting new products and gathering customer feedback.
Requirements
  • National Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with order management and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
