Product Associate at Fincra

Fincra is a payment infrastructure designed for fintechs, platforms, and global businesses. We provide payment solutions that enable businesses to securely accept payments, make global payouts, and scale operations across borders.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Associate. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing, to assist in the development and management of our products. You will conduct market research, analyze data, support product planning, and contribute throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and track data and key product performance metrics.
  • Work closely with UX designers to optimize features for merchants.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate product requirements.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Conduct market research and gather merchant insights for product requirements.
  • Develop and execute company-wide go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze potential partner relationships and determine product specifications.
  • Carry out independent consumer research to propose new products.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
  • Define pricing models and billing procedures.
  • Build partnerships necessary for product development and go-to-market plans.
  • Regularly meet with merchants to identify and clarify product requirements.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with use cases for Payouts, Collections, and Agency Banking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of B2B business models and sales strategies.
  • A curious and open-minded approach.
  • Empathy, transparency, and a sense of ownership.
