We are a dynamic and growth-oriented organization seeking an exceptional Human Resource Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving sales, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing policies that support our company’s goals.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be employee-oriented, structure-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You will oversee HR functions, promote a culture of excellence, and drive business growth through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Drive sales growth by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to management on trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and promoting a positive work environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 / Month
