Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Drive sales growth by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to management on trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 / Month
