Job Overview

Smash Technology is seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring processes run efficiently and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job history, performance reviews, and benefits information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Support payroll processing and timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement events.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee wellness initiatives and activities.
  • Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary documentation.
  • Support HR reporting on metrics like turnover rates and attendance records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
