Biz Afric Solutions – Our client is an international agency dedicated to helping businesses enhance their online visibility through meticulous Google Business Profile management and innovative digital marketing strategies.
Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships after the sales process. This role involves onboarding clients, ensuring smooth transitions, maintaining ongoing communication, and driving client satisfaction. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project success and client retention.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Serve as the client’s advocate within the company, ensuring their needs are effectively communicated.
- Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and deliver consistent value to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor client project performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services that align with client needs to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with updates on project progress and results.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues to maintain trust and positive relationships.
- Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to service offerings and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 2 – 4 years experience in post-sale processes, including onboarding, project management, and customer support.
- Experience with project management tools to manage client projects, set timelines, and coordinate tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client information, track interactions, and monitor account progress.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite for project tracking and communication.
- Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, particularly in local SEO, Google My Business management, reputation management, or social media marketing, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills to manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely project delivery.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
