Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer II to support the day-to-day financial operations of our company. This role will be integral to maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial growth and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and statutory regulations
  • Assist with audits and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow tracking
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
  • Assist in budget preparation and performance monitoring
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian tax and financial regulations
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ICAN or ACCA in progress or completed is a strong advantage
