Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Reports To: Regional Manager, West Region
About the Role
The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving commercial targets within an assigned region. This includes increasing transaction value, agent activation, and improving transaction mix. The role requires a results-driven sales professional to mentor agents, PSPs, and aggregators, while ensuring optimal sales team performance and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial targets across transaction volume, value, active agents, and transaction mix
- Coach and train PSPs and Aggregators to deliver consistent performance
- Conduct agent assessments and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards
- Act as Paga’s representative in the field, developing strong relationships with agents and outlet assistants
- Report field insights and operational issues to internal teams to drive improvements
- Conduct agent outlet verifications and knowledge assessments
- Maintain clear and professional communication within the sales ecosystem
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused and able to respond to issues promptly
