Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, respectful, and timely support to customers across phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
  • Communicate fluently in spoken and written Yorùbá to assist customers who prefer native language service
  • Answer inquiries about product availability, sizing, custom orders, and delivery timelines
  • Guide customers through the ordering process and resolve issues related to payments, deliveries, or exchanges
  • Translate product descriptions, FAQs, and messages from English to Yorùbá to improve accessibility
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed as needed
  • Offer culturally respectful and engaging communication that reflects the brand’s heritage and values
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality
  • Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and excellent customer experience
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
  • 1–2 years of customer support experience
  • Fluency in both English and Yorùbá (spoken and written) is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, empathetic, and proactive in resolving customer issues
