Job Description

Trust Wallet is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join its team and take charge of strategy, execution, and performance across all official social media channels. The role involves creating high-quality, engaging content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing real-time insights on trends and developments within the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce original, high-quality content across platforms
• Manage multiple official social media accounts and drive their growth
• Create and lead effective, creative campaigns in collaboration with marketing, design, content, and product teams
• Analyze the social media landscape to identify real-time opportunities, trends, and insights
• Foster and grow online communities through active engagement
• Track and report campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Test and innovate with new content strategies to drive user engagement
• Monitor sentiment, hot topics, and market observations across crypto-related platforms

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong self-motivation, proactive attitude, and a results-driven mindset
• Clear and creative communicator, with a touch of humor and flair
• Experience in blockchain or Web3 technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with using wallets, tokens, and decentralized applications
• Passion for internet culture—especially memes
• Experience creating video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok) is a plus
• Strong understanding of the crypto market and community dynamics
• Deep familiarity with platforms like Reddit, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously and work independently
