Summary of Responsibilities – Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Guest Welcome & Check-In Support – Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in procedures.

Guest Service & Satisfaction – Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally throughout their stay.

Problem Resolution – Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

VIP Guest Management – Provide personalized service to VIPs and special guests, including room preferences and special requests.

Information & Assistance – Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Guest Feedback Collection – Gather and report guest feedback to improve service quality.

Coordination with Departments – Liaise with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
