Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities – Sales and Marketing Executive (Hotel)

  1. Sales Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase room bookings, event reservations, and service sales.

  2. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.

  3. Market Research & Analysis – Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to develop effective strategies.

  4. Promotions & Campaigns – Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special offers to drive occupancy and revenue.

  5. Digital Marketing Support – Manage hotel presence on digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and online travel agencies (OTAs).

  6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to revenue forecasts and business plans.

  7. Event Coordination Support – Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and banquets to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

  8. Brand Positioning – Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and guest communications.

  9. Guest Engagement – Support initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and encourage repeat business.

  10. Collaboration with Hotel Teams – Work closely with front office, reservations, and operations teams to align marketing and sales efforts with service delivery.
