Summary of Responsibilities – Sales and Marketing Executive (Hotel)

Sales Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase room bookings, event reservations, and service sales.

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.

Market Research & Analysis – Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to develop effective strategies.

Promotions & Campaigns – Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special offers to drive occupancy and revenue.

Digital Marketing Support – Manage hotel presence on digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
