Job Description

We are seeking intelligent, versatile, and energetic individuals to join our team as Cashiers. As the face of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth, friendly, and efficient front-counter operations. You will contribute to providing a pleasant customer experience by handling transactions, issuing receipts, and offering helpful, courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and courteously
• Handle all sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate sales records
• Ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness at your station
• Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries about menu items and promotions
• Apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
• Address customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately when needed

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE
• Maximum qualification: OND
• Age: 18 – 25 years old
• Must be a team player with good communication skills
• Hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Must reside in or be willing to work in Abeokuta
