Job Description
Our client is a leading security services provider. We are hiring a skilled Operations Coordinator to lead field operations, supervise personnel, and ensure top-tier service delivery across client sites. This is a high-impact role ideal for a proactive, disciplined protessional with strong security operations and leadership experience.
📌 Key Responsibilities Includes:
• Oversee daily deployment of security personnel, ensuring full post coverage, punctuality, and adherence to SOPs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for field issues; resolve conflicts and escalate major concerns.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, and prepare timely reports.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of guards and PPOs in collaboration with HR and supervisors.
• Enforce internal policies, dress codes, and industry regulations.
• Supervise allocation, maintenance, and tracking of radios, uniforms, and other equipment.
• Manage client relations, participate in emergency drills, and assist with crisis response plans.
📌Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in field operations or security coordination, with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of post orders, emergency protocols, GPS tracking, and security systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; effective in both oral and written communication.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and crisis management capabilities.
• IT Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
