Job Overview
CWAY Group is seeking a results-driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the execution of sales strategies, team coordination, and market expansion efforts in Abuja. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills to help boost sales performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
- Support the daily operations of the sales team by providing necessary resources and guidance
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and consumer behavior trends
- Analyze sales performance data and generate regular reports for management
- Train and mentor sales team members on best practices in sales, product knowledge, and customer service
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize account value
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product rollouts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or related sector
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to support and motivate a sales team
- Good knowledge of the Abuja market and consumer behavior
