Position Overview
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel marketing strategy. You’ll oversee brand messaging, content, digital campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement, working closely with leadership and other departments to drive growth.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, and who can bring structure, energy, and strategy to a small but passionate team.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide direction

Digital Marketing

Oversee social campaigns, and email marketing

Oversee website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization

Monitor analytics and KPIs to refine campaigns and improve ROI

Content & Brand

Develop compelling content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral

Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all channels

Manage creative resources (designers, writers, or agencies as needed)
