Job Summary

If you have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development—preferably within the recruitment industry—this is your opportunity to lead client acquisition for a fast-growing, remote-first Nigerian recruitment company.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Pitch recruitment solutions to HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline of prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close B2B deals across various sectors
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track and report on sales activity, performance metrics, and market feedback
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales or business development
- Background in recruitment, HR services, or talent solutions is a major plus
- Proven ability to source leads and convert them into paying clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, email prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach
- Highly self-driven, organized, and performance-oriented
- Good understanding of the Nigerian business and hiring environment
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an added advantage
Salary
₦175,000/month + Commission
