Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, articulate, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to be the voice of our company. You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer inquiries, and deliver accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups or surveys
• Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when needed
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Record customer interactions using CRM software
• Meet individual and team call goals and quality standards
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Use appropriate tools and resources to deliver accurate responses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer tools
• Ability to multi-task and meet performance targets

Salary

₦300,000 monthly (Non-negotiable)
