Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and technically proficient IT Project Manager to lead and oversee complex IT initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior IT Project Manager Officer, you will ensure cross-functional alignment, on-time delivery, and high-quality project outcomes using both traditional and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
  • Coordinate and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using Confluence
  • Oversee task management and progress tracking using Jira
  • Maintain and update the RAID log to manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among developers, designers, QA, and product teams
  • Provide clear and concise status updates while escalating issues when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles and frameworks for scaling projects across multiple teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint tracking and Confluence for documentation
  • Strong understanding of RAID log management for tracking project-level risks and issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong leadership mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
