Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to support the growth of our new Egg Depot in Ikorodu, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, promote our egg products extensively, and increase brand visibility within the local market. You will play a key role in on-ground marketing activities, community outreach, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate must reside in Ikorodu, and be familiar with the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote egg sales.
  • Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C customers (retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and households).
  • Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns (flyers, roadshows, local events, etc.)
  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses to drive depot traffic.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in agro-based products.
  • Must reside in Ikorodu.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
