Role Description
As a Community Executive, you will play a key role in managing our Telegram and Discord communities. Your responsibilities will include moderating online discussions, organizing community events, creating engaging content, and fostering a sense of belonging among members. While this role is based in Lekki, it offers flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with members on Telegram and Discord platforms.
- Moderate conversations to ensure alignment with community guidelines.
- Plan and promote community events to drive participation.
- Develop and share content to strengthen community connections.
- Monitor engagement metrics and analyze sentiment to improve strategies.
- Address conflicts with diplomacy and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in community management or customer service.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community engagement tools.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute events effectively.
