Job Summary:
Herbal Goodness is seeking a skilled Account & Financial Analyst Associate II with a strong background in accounting and data analysis. The ideal candidate will produce insightful reports for executive decision-making and contribute to the growth of the business through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for business strategies.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop custom dashboards in Google Sheets and Excel to present KPIs and support decision-making.
- Data Integration: Combine data from various sources to produce comprehensive, accurate reports.
- Metric Design: Design and maintain business metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and offer growth recommendations.
- Financial Modeling: Build financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and provide analytics to assess risks and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist various teams with reporting and accountability as required.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Undertake ad-hoc analyses for finance and marketing teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with multiple stakeholders to analyze financial and business data for strategic decision-making, especially related to the E-Commerce platform.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related analytical field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data manipulation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Effective communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in E-commerce is advantageous.
- Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing small teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, working independently or collaboratively.
- Reliable internet connection, a working laptop, and availability to work within Central Standard Time (9 am – 5 pm CST).
