Account Officer at Bons Industries Limited
Bons Industries Limited, incorporated since 1989, is a limited liability company specializing in manufacturing high-quality bakery materials and food ingredients. We also import bakery materials and food ingredients, act as overseas manufacturers’ agents, and distribute general goods.
Job Description:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
