Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice and offer banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless financial services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are an added advantage.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales or account management within the financial sector.
• Expertise in financial advisory, relationship management, and customer service.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and financial services.
