Account Relationship Manager at Zenith Bank Plc
Zenith Bank Plc is seeking a skilled and proactive Account Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients. The role involves providing financial advice, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial requirements.
- Provide strategic financial advice and offer banking solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless financial services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are an added advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales or account management within the financial sector.
- Expertise in financial advisory, relationship management, and customer service.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and financial services.
