About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, focusing on holding company and consolidated entity reporting. This role will involve managing our global accounting operations, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and ensuring precise reporting of shared costs across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for accurate consolidation.
- Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations, ensuring alignment with the holding company’s financial requirements.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Work closely with finance operations to streamline intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Support audit processes and maintain compliance with internal controls for the holding company.
- Ensure all statutory compliance and reporting obligations are met.
- Optimize systems and processes for effective entity accounting operations.
