Admin Officer at Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited

We are a Group of Companies diversified across various sectors with branches across Nigeria. We seek an intelligent and talented Admin Officer to join our organization, particularly for managing a subsidiary that deals with properties and rentals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in property management, including onboarding new tenants and overseeing buildings and apartments. Candidates within the age bracket of 22-30 years are preferred.

Job Objectives

As an Admin Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a subsidiary focused on properties and rentals.
  • Overseeing buildings and apartments, ensuring they are well-maintained and furnished.
  • Engaging with customers both online and offline, including onboarding new tenants and managing guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensuring utilities such as water, power, and DStv are functional.
  • Providing advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinating the cleaning of short-term rental properties.
  • Conducting property sales.
  • Supporting project management tasks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and artisans (e.g., Facility Officers, Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Welders) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: B.Sc Degree or OND.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years of work experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in property management, customer engagement, and project management.
  • Age: Preferably within the age bracket of 22-30 years.
Salary
  • Range: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
