Admin Officer at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas

Genesis Cinemas, a leading developer and operator of multiplex cinemas in Nigeria and part of the Genesis Group—a diversified conglomerate established in 1991—specializes in hospitality and entertainment sectors, including Restaurants, Hotels, Industrial Catering, Cinemas, Family Entertainment Centers, and Facility Management.

The company is currently recruiting for the position below:

Location: Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island – Lagos

Job Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors to their destinations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, keeping records on Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with the office administration budget.
  • Purchase and document store items.
  • Coordinate staff itineraries and scheduled appointments.
  • Issue ID cards to new team members within 48 hours of onboarding.
  • Submit weekly attendance reports for all sites.
  • Draft and manage official memos.
  • Plan and supervise cleaning schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Oversee the distribution of uniforms to different sites.
  • Manage diesel procurement for the head office.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions with site representatives.
  • Maintain and repair office equipment and assets.
  • Supervise housekeepers to ensure a clean and hygienic office environment.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Advisor/Manager.
