Job Description

ARO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations, staff coordination, and resource management. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to implement and improve administrative policies. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management – Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and office space.
  • Administrative Coordination – Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • HR Support – Assist in recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee engagement.
  • Finance & Budgeting – Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and process vendor payments.
  • Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and implement productivity enhancements.
  • Compliance & Policies – Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Event & Meeting Management – Organize internal meetings, company events, and external engagements as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Experience in an architecture, construction, or design-related firm is a plus.
  • Ability to learn new software and skills quickly.
