Location: Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos, Rivers

Requirements:

• University degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of airline experience in supervisory or leadership roles, with expertise in passenger service, station services, ground operations, and personnel administration.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and direct others positively.
• Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with NCAA and IATA regulations for ground handling and passenger services is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and people management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subcontracted Ground Service Providers and other third-party partners.
• Coordinate all phases of airport operations daily, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that company objectives for safety and service are met.
• Uphold Bellagio Airline’s customer service commitment.
• Ensure a safety culture aligned with Bellagio Airline values during each shift.
• Manage operational situations to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work with OCC, Maintenance, Flight Operations, and other teams to manage impacts on passengers, baggage, and on-time performance.
• Implement procedural or process changes related to aircraft arrivals, departures, passenger flow, and baggage handling.
• Participate in investigations related to injuries, incidents, or accidents on your shift.
• Provide feedback to the Station Manager on third-party service providers’ performance, suggesting improvements or development if necessary.
• Assist the Station Manager with other duties as assigned.
