Job Responsibilities
  • Create and present conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs
  • Effectively communicate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with developers, project managers, and consultants to align designs with project requirements and budgets
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained
  • Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional projects
  • Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of building projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project requirements
  • Create 3D models of infrastructure to present a near-reality glimpse of the structure
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Studio VIZ)
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as an Architect, preferably in a real estate firm
  • Professional registration or license as an Architect
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and project experience
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail
