Job Summary

The Asset Finance Manager will lead the management and growth of Payhippo’s asset finance portfolio. This role involves developing strategies, conducting financial and risk assessments, managing partnerships with energy sector stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and performance in asset financing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset finance strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments of asset financing opportunities
  • Evaluate and optimize the financial performance of existing agreements
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with solar installers, vendors, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements for mutual benefit
  • Collaborate with marketing, credit, product, and operations teams to support sales campaigns and product alignment
  • Manage customer and partner relationships, providing support throughout financing lifecycles
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies related to asset financing
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and present updates to senior management
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform innovation and strategy
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in finance, business, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in asset financing, sales, or business development
  • Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the clean energy sector is an advantage
