Key Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory.
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and boost market share.
Monitor sales and financial performance, identify improvement areas, and take action.
Motivate and manage employees, offering coaching and maintaining a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and address escalated issues.

Prepare reports for senior management on branch performance and key metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.
