Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and boost market share.
• Monitor sales and financial performance, identify improvement areas, and take action.
• Motivate and manage employees, offering coaching and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and address escalated issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with departments like marketing, finance, and HR to reach company goals.
• Prepare reports for senior management on branch performance and key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data for informed decision-making.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of automobile industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
