• This 18-month fast-track program is designed to groom high-potential individuals for management roles, offering unparalleled international exposure.
• The Finance Graduate Programme provides opportunities to advance your career in both Corporate and Commercial Finance.
• As a member of the team, you will contribute to advising on resource allocation for investments, developing pricing and revenue strategies, evaluating and enhancing returns, managing budgeting and reporting processes, and ensuring consistent profit growth for the Group’s shareholders.
• As a Global Management Trainee, you will rotate through various positions, laying the groundwork for a successful and globally oriented career.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Recently graduated with up to 3 years of professional experience
• Passion for Finance and a fundamental understanding of its core functions
• Possession of ACCA qualification is advantageous
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Intercultural competencies gained from international experiences
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a drive to excel
• Flexibility for national and/or international mobility
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
