About the Global Graduate Programme – Operations
The British American Tobacco Global Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of leaders through an immersive, 18-month rotational experience. Participants gain critical leadership and operational skills via world-class learning opportunities, international exposure, and impactful job roles from day one.
As part of the programme, graduates will join a global community and attend a two-week Graduate Academy — including a week in London — to deepen their knowledge of BAT and build valuable global connections.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing (Make): Gain hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Planning (Supply & Demand): Master supply chain balancing techniques.
- Service: Understand consumer needs while driving global business services transformation.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to design innovative solutions.
- Logistics: Learn to navigate supply chain flow and strategic distribution.
- Procurement: Apply innovation and cost-effectiveness to create value-driven partnerships.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Supply Chain.
- Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- No more than 3 years of professional or post-graduate experience.
- Willingness for national and/or international mobility.
