Job Summary

We require your unique skill set and experience to find, onboard, and manage relationships with organisations that will use our products.
Customer acquisition and user adoption will be your key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of OnePipe’s products and services.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and individuals.
  • Acquire new customers for designated business segments.
  • Manage and nurture acquired customer relationships to support OnePipe’s retention and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
Requirements
  • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • 0–2 years of experience as a BDE in merchant acquiring
  • Sales/marketing experience in financial services is a plus
  • Proven success in driving adoption of financial products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent marketing, engagement, and negotiation skills
