Key Responsibilities
- Customer and business prospecting, conversion, and onboarding of new clients.
- Attend and present at promotional activities, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns.
- Review, analyze, and enter client information and transactions into multiple systems.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Develop and maintain client management procedures to minimize risks and satisfy audits.
- Process error-free transactions timely, following internal procedures.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and reactivate dormant relationships.
- Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies to increase product awareness.
- Educate clients about Cordros Capital products and complementary services.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Ensure up-to-date client information and compliance with KYC requirements.
- Meet monthly targets for account openings, assets under management (AUM), and revenue generation.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Finance.
- A second degree and/or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales.
Key Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Customer-focused with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Work Cycle
- Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Flexible working schedule available, including remote work options.
